As a TO owner I’ve learned much from your compositions. Would you consider releasing some of the block data along with the songs to help us all in our learning curve. Sorry but there will be no further block data release beside the one from ‘A Spooner Figure’. I don’t think block data is so special anyways, don’t think my TO releases are special at all. The only specialty is probably to make all this stuff work on a TO, because you can easily create these tracks with lots of other tools.

Having said that, you might understand my point here. All that matters is to play the TO YOUR way. Fiddling around until sound and structure makes sense is definitely the best part of the story.

I am coming to the same realization. There are no shortcuts and I am finding the more I play and experiment the better my compositions are starting to sound. But I still think a tutorial video exploring the creative process and song construction would be a hot item for the community. Thanks, Steve

It would definitely be good to have more TO ideas exchange and discussion. I would buy a video tutorial.
I also thing meetups / sessions would be great. It would be very cool to look at other people’s reasonings on how to use TO.

What I really like is the idea of some sort of in-(official) TO user meeting but there are a couple of questions here as well. How many of you would like to attend, where and when should the meetup be (since most of us are probably spread over the whole planet),… etc. -

However, the TO is still brand-new so there is a good chance right now to give all your ideas a suitable forum instead of just posting files or videos (which can be done anyway). I thought keyfax is the answer to all those questions. I haven’t really checked it out yet but I can imagine the community behind is quite strong,…
