very … i mean very very good …
this idea of having live, … sounds of live in all meanings paired and melted with sounds of mind and technology is an idea i always loved … i sit with an electric guitar and a small battery amp at an harbour at night and play to the sound of waves and the in and out comming ships with there diesel sound doin the rythm machine.
conversations of nearby people are the vocals to the songs. everyday the songs are different … vanish after being played … somethimes i feel real music canĀ“t be banned on tape or whatever … nothing can be reproduced.
great !

Comment by Kebiin 12.11.08 @ 11:15 pmHi Norman,
i love the music. really atmospheric and being an LA-phile it’s a great reminder of the city…
i was wondering about the free downloads… the songs pop up in a new window on a Mac, so there’s no way to actually get them on to my mp3 player.
is there a way?
thanks
craig.
Hey Norman
Thanks for creating all the noise. I’m really enjoying everything.
I bought a TO on impulse a few weeks ago (a $1000 impulse buy I know!). But I saw Little Boots with one about six months ago and was fascinated from the get go.
I’m no musician but it’s allowing me to create things I never thought I would be able to. Your notes and song files have been really helpful in helping me understand how to get different sounds out of it beyond simple midi notes on/off. So thanks for that too.
Cheers
